Bought a lawn mower at Oil City Tractor in Beaumont Tx and two months later had an issue and they told me after a month a part was on national back order. I called Exmart of Orange and Chad was more than helpful when I called and I picked my mower up and brought to Chad and he fixed it. The problem was a blown fuse and not what was told to me by oil city. Will definitely go to Chad from now on. Great customer service and business with Exmart of Orange. Great job guys.
