Great customer service and execution. George and Mo helped me land on some Nitto Ridge Grapplers that gave me the look and performance I was after without any rubbing. 2025 Land Rover Defender v8 w/ AWOL Black Rhino wheels.
These guys are fantastic! I first contacted them with an idea for an overland build and George took about an hour on the phone to talk through my ideas and helped me form something tangible. He never once up-saled me, actually he talked me out of some things I didn't need. We kept in contact and he helped me again with a schedule to make my build happen. Would not recommend. It’s like nobody even works there. I called numerous times, left a message and never received a call back. I went in to store schedule an appointment and this guy gives me a card to email some lady about scheduling an appointment…. If I come in person to make an appointment why would I go home just to email someone who will probably never get back to me. Horrible business. I would spent your time and money somewhere else cause they obviously don’t need it
I used Exline Automotive for the first time recently for an oil change for my car. The work was done properly, which may not seem like much of a challenge for an auto repair business, but I’ve had some oil changes that have not going smoothly. I realize that oil changes are a loss leader for repair businesses, and so I was quite impressed that Exline did not try to upsell other “needed” work to the tune of $100 - $200, as many repair businesses do when the only service requested is an oil change.
