These guys have fixed my furnace numerous times, great service! Especially Ron.
Returned to house to find that heating system has quit. 10C in house. Called Huntsville office, got "Leave a message"... There is no emergency number, so presumably no emergency service. Outside temperature -3C!!!
Really unimpressed by the customer service of this company. I was told by the owner that they would install a heat pump system in my home by the end of September. By mid October I was yet to see a quote. When the quote was finally received a month and a half later it was incredibly lazy. A short list of items without prices and a total of $25k to do a single day installation in a 500sq ft home. I’m disgusted with this treatment.
