BE CAUTIOUS before hiring this company. My sister worked with Jessica Graves when she gave proper notice to vacate her rental AND she found a qualified tenant ready to move in the day after she moved out! Home sales- good especially Jessica Graves. She helped out my daughter in buying home. My own experience with rental property management team was horrific. Not only do they not fix anything but they don’t even document that you tell them doors don’t fit and frame need to be replaced so all the bugs don’t come thru but they want to keep your deposit to do their maintenance... or maybe not. I’ve worked with realtor Jennifer Orton on the other side of business. I had the pleasure of working for her shooting aerial photos/video for one of listings. She really worked well with her client and myself. Her smile is contagious. She has a great heart. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her as a realtor for buying and selling.

We had to quickly find a house due to my husband having to relocate for work. When we explained the situation they seemed like they were more than willing to help us out. Once we submitted the application however, they refused to work with my husband and made him leave his new job the very fist day because they did not want the inconvenience of having to fix paper work. The realtor we worked with was amazing, but if you are renting I do not suggest going with this company.

I can not recommend Jennifer Orton enough. She made our entire process of selling and buying and building a DREAM!! She is very knowledgeable and on top it and kept us in the loop through the entire process. Plus she ROCKS as a person, just saying.
