Michael has been working hard on the sale of my property and, despite any obstacles, it was successfully sold and we just closed on the sale. House had many issues and Michael worked closely with an Architect to have issues resolved and have the title cleared. Then COVID happened...but Michael was able to bring the deal to the conclusion. I will be happy to refer him to my friends and family.
Michael went above and beyond what realtors do. We had some difficulties prior to closing and Michael held the deal together. I would recommend Michael to anyone who would be buying selling or renting a house.
