Gena Tanzini gave terrible service. She reached out initially to start the looking process. She referred me to Mike Ried for a lender as this is someone she has worked long term with. He also gave insufficient service. I went through his 10 minute over the phone pre-approval questions and he told me I was approved and could start looking and he would send everything Gena.
