As a new agent just passed my exam I walked in exit branch on Williamsbridge ! I could’ve been a client or anyone! The altitude I got from the lady was absolutely despicable!! Why would anyone go back !! It’s simple as helllo how can I help you ?? I mean how hard is that ? Instead it was something like ( what get you in here today !! ) maybe I’m new agent in nyc but I’ve been an agent my whole life and this is not good representation not even for a street vendor!!!
This place is horrible, especially when it comes to any kind of Program holders, please be aware of these two brokers named Peter and Kelvin. These two lied the entire time about an apartment. The end of story Kelvin strung me along, and to my surprise the apartment was rented to another occupant, after He told me my application was approved and the apartment was mine. Had an amazing experience here. Lulzime helped me find the perfect apartment. I was recommended to her by my sister as she helped her land the perfect place. Happy to say it was the best decision I've ever made. She listened to my needs/concerns and did everything possible to help me get exactly what I wanted.
