Terrible communication
Instead of helping the customers to find a decent and affordable place. Customers would lose money before even getting a contract. I dont recommend Exit Realty Direct Companies to anyone if you want to save money and time.
Charges are usually high for closings. Always listing prices 15-20% higher than fair market value. Service is deplorable. My fellow colleague was also robbed here out of $3,000 and never got a refund for it!
The most unprofessional people I have ever worked with in my entire life. After I signed their papers and give them deposit check, now they are changing a deal and want more not what they promised me. Agent who's name is Sam very unprofessional kid. He pushes me to sign a deal that wasn't the same as it before he said. He keep telling me that he closes a million dollar deals without so much headache so why then you said one price at the beginning now after you receive check its different.
