Had a wonderful experience working with Agent Stephany for my listing. It worked out well that my seller's home was still available at the time Stephany's buyer was ready to purchase (both parties thrilled). Stephany then went above and beyond to keep on top of and assure that monies held in escrow from the seller were released in a timely manner. I will work with her again anytime!!
Stephany Schlitz went above and beyond for me and my bf. I have never seen a realtor do as much as she did. She managed to sell my house, find a new house for us to buy, and also sell my bf's house. She is such an amazing person to work with and someone that you can trust. It was such an easy process with her. She handled everything for us. She is such a friendly person and always communicated with us anytime we had any questions. I highly recommend Stephany! You won't find any other realtor like her.
Worst realty company on the planet!! I traveled over 2 hours to see a home only for the exit realty agent to CANCEL THE SHOWING AFTER I ARRIVED!! She was so nasty and unprofessional!! The seller was also mad!! Worst customer service!! Stay far away from this realty company!! Cant believe they have a 5 star review... must be a bunch off bluff ratings...
