I had a timeshare with a ski resort in Colorado and within a year the resort released me from my obligations for maintenance, etc. Turns out the whole project was terminated. I asked a ton of questions to Exit by Owner and they patiently answered them to my satisfaction. As a retired person, it is great to have my life simplified from this weight on my shoulders - I no longer ski and COVID-19 has made it almost impossible to travel without fear of disease or mandates. I've tried to ask them to stop call me, but I still get calls once a week or more. I don't have a property that I want to sell. Is there a way to get them to stop call me?

Exit by Owner does not sell timeshare and per Mr. ******'s request, he was put on the Do Not Call list on 11/10/2021.
It took longer than we expected and it seems like we had to do all of the "foot work". Don't get me wrong, they did help us get out of our timeshare but we had to make all the calls checking to find out why it was taking timeshare office so long to get answers. When we first called the timeshare office, they told us they did not have any infor about us wanting to get out of our contract. It was also a bit expensive to have "Exit" to do their part. Exit by owner came at the exact right time to help my mother and I to cancel our timeshare. We loved it for many years but the maintenance fees became exponentially expensive when the original owners sold to a big company. Then, I had a car accident which left me disabled and my 80 year old mom is disabled and we have not been able to travel since so...when we came in contact with Exit by Owner; we were so blessed to know that we could be relieved of the timeshare.
