We booked through booking.com around 3 pm on a Friday. We requested a late check in (9-10 pm). They emailed us around 6 pm saying their office closed at 8:30 pm. I don’t check my email constantly so we missed the message. We arrived at the hotel and were unable to check in and had to find another hotel that night. The hotel has been impossible to reach (probably called 10+ times with no answer and emailed with no response) to receive a refund. booking.com has been useless. Great place and very reasonably priced
Great location Quite and clean Rooms are a little old and basic but very clean
We really enjoyed our stay at Exit 5 Motel. The room was comfortable and spacious, just 5 min from the beach, and with lots of great amenities for families (game room, indoor pool, basketball court, playground, etc.). We left an item in our room and the staff mailed it back to us. Very friendly!
location was convenient; but the bed was noisy when turning your body or getting off the bed, that's annoying. Also the shampoo amount was too little to do a proper wash, especially if you have long hair.
