Do everything they can to make sure your stuff stays secure
Everything has been a good experience except for the lights in the storage only stay on like 8 mins then go off and you have to turn them back on for another 8 mins. When you have your hands full or are trying to get in your stuff and they shut off, it gets a bit old

Lot easier to rent than tigers eye gaston sc. tried almost 3 hours fill out paperwork on second facility. Go threw such hoops when already been doing business with them since july 2020. Now have to wait 3 weeks get money bavk on second unit when took them less 30 seconds to take. Id definitely recommend these people took about 7 minutes for paperwork here. Cleaner, quicker, nicer people here
