The "parking guy" was a total jerk. Their parking lot is a way to scam/ force truckers into paying to park there. Their fine servicing trucks but, dont care about the truckers. I read some reviews here and its clear the guy knows how the park situation is misconstrued and misrepresented. Pilot needs to separate from this companys parking lot immediately
Guardian angels of the road! Last month, I was 20 minutes into a 9-hr drive when my SUV dash lit up re: a major immediate tire issue. Waze took me to Exit 11 Truck Tire where James quickly found the culprit screw, repaired the puncture, & had me back on the road in half an hour. Very reasonably priced. Alyssa was a rock star in the office with updates, efficiency and quick processing. I still can't believe my luck that I landed here! Exit 11 Truck Tire: they're not just about trucks. Thanks, Team!
Very Good and Friendly.Man came specially from home to Fix my semi’s Tire.No extra side Expenses.Did not tried to over charge me and Specially He let me sleep in front of his Shop as I was out of my driving time and there was no parking nearby. Highly recommended.Shop is on Pilot.
