Security guy so aggressive and parking lots look like part of pilot . The security guard didn't even explain what the problem was.
As a longtime Richfield resident (26+ years) I have had my cars serviced at Exit 11 for almost as long, everything fro flats repaired to new tires to alignments, rotors; spark plugs, oil change, batteries, parts.. name it. Had 6 tires replaced on our RV today, 01/14/26. In addition, had Centramatic wheel balancers installed, tie-rod replaced, and a 4 point wheel alignment. From start to finish, Justin and the folks at Exit 11 Truck Tire Service, provided exceptional service and value. They worked on my RV like it was their own. Best purchasing experience we've had in a long time, and we are extremely grateful!!

Called this place on Tuesday after hours and they were able to meet us within an hour, with prices very reasonable AND the best part of all.. when I call the guy on the phone was extremely nice and patient with me. Ive called so many place and everyone picks up almost like they were mad I even called but no this place was awesome! 10/10!
