We have had a wonderful experience dealing with James, Jimmy, Lori and the full staff at Exit 107. We started looking for homes back in Fall of ‘24. Purchased our home and it was delivered and we were Home by March of ‘25. I have held off on review because even though all our experience with purchasing the home went great, I wanted to wait a year to see if the experience would change during the warranty portion & year long living experience in the home.
