Can't keep a doctor there. Tried getting info on my health from the nurse, Christie and kept giving the exact same incorrect reply. It's as if she couldn't take a moment to listen. She just kept parroting a reply that had nothing to do with my question. When I mentioned this she hung up abruptly. When I called back she yelled that she can hang up if someone is rude. She seems to assume an upset 60 yr old patient needing a doctor or nurse to refill a cholesterol medication and being told by her to find someone else is "rude".... read more
Great place with great people.
Lack of knowledge, lack of desire to help. Feel like they just don't care. Was misdiagnosed by a doctor there end up going to ER few weeks later. ER referred me to a specialist for a surgery. I should have been referred and sent to a specialist from the beginning to prevent the ER visit. They have no idea procedures in order to care for Veterans, I don't think they care to learn either.
