Zero customer service, i had a issue with cooler and they ask me to send it to newyork ,total cost of shipping charge is 75$ has to beat my self ,worth of cooler is 95$ and the did not send me a shipping label and try to contact them several time but they never reach in to phone Toataly disapointed
