So, my car got a door ding in a parking lot. Thankfully cameras captured it and was an able to file an insurance claim to find the driver based on video and license plate on the video (thanks Tesla!) Since I could pick wherever I wanted to go, I went on Tesla forums to look for recommended shops in the IE, this shop was mentioned and had great reviews online. Customer service is everything to me even in my own business I believe that it should always be exceptional and that is the experience I had here from always answering my calls and text to being informed of what is going on. I recently got an Audi s5 and unfortunately was rear ended the other persons insurance was a nightmare to work with but cars star was on top of everything we ended up getting everything squared away and the car came out good as new so happy that I chose someone so detailed thank you guys.
Great experience with carstar exhibition center. Staff was friendly and professional! Gave updates about when my my car would be ready. Over all happy with my experience with them.
