I was traveling down I-55 when my Tahoe started having some trouble. Exhaust Pro Tire & Lube professionally diagnosed my problem and got me back on the road. They were friendly and efficient. They used high tech equipment. I am very grateful for their service and highly recommend them!
My wife called and explained very clearly. And asked how much to put 4 tires ( her own tires). And just put the tires on her rims. And balance them. Made it clear we can mount them ourselves! These people told her 140$. For jus putting tires on rims and balancing them? Wow. What a rip off. Sad sad joke they are.
The team is great and really tired to help fix my vehicle, but the issues continue to persist. My only means of transportation is out of commissions and now I'm having to pay for rides to work which is getting old. I received my vehicle on February 9 and it was driving like a dream for a week. By Feb 17th it started running hot again. I was able to see that my top radiator hose had worn out and was causing coolant to leak. The people I dealt with were nice, but my vehicle continues to have problems. Since December I have been taking my car in three times. The first to get a thermostat installed, then there was an issue with the radiator that resulted in a replacement, the the cooling system had to be replaced. Now my car is overheating and stalling to a stop again. Not sure why all those problems weren't diagnosed when I started with them back in December?
