Absolutely amazing to find people who care and are sensitive to my needs. I took an old Cadillac in and explained what I wanted. Jay thoughtfully suggested alternatives and listened to what I wanted and suggested something much better and more cost effective. He also pointed out a few things that were wrong with the car without any suggestion that there was an upsell to fix them - he was literally just being helpful and bringing his decades of experience to bear. horrible experience. mechanic crashed my car and owner still had audacity to ask for $30 to fix my exhaust. avoid and go to harry hines shops for much cheaper exhaust work!!
Exhaust Authority is great. They fixed my car fast and did a great job. I felt they were honest and not trying to get over on me like other shops do. Very fair price too. They have repaired both of my cars. I highly recommend them.
Jay helped my daughter out big time! My daughter just moved to Dallas and is 22 years old. I live 6 hours away. She had car issues and Jay diagnosed the problem, fixed her car and had her back on the road in 24 hours.
Great service, high quality work and very fair pricing. Highly recommend.
