I had a visit yesterday regarding the terrible headaches I’ve been experiencing as well as for treatment on tmj disorder. From the moment I walked in the receptionist was very sweet and helpful. Then I saw Nicole who was absolutely amazing in making me feel seen and heard with what has been going on with me. She asked me lots of questions, walked through what she was doing, and sat right next to me to explain my results to me and what we can do to fix it. Rebecca and all the staff weee extremely receptive to any questions and explained everything in great detail. I felt comfortable that they understood all of my concerns and they did a great job assessing the problem, coming up with a plan, and follow-up. I felt that I was in good hands.
Each time l have been there, they explained in detail the procedure and what to expect.
