I asked for ash blonde highlights and I was given gold bands and dots where the foils bled through. She took the color and hair color brush from someone else's color and attempted to cover up only some of the dots, and tried to hide the rest of the rest that she made of my hair, completely against state board regulations as far as being sanitary.
