Dr. Jokelar would not allow me to finish a sentence when I was trying to tell him important information related to the problem with my lungs. He interrupted me and did not allow me to finish speaking more than once. He only wanted me to answer his list of questions. If I had a chance to speak for myself at some point, I may have then known that he at least understood better what was going on with my lungs.

No communication, zero follow up. I saw Dr. John Brennan and was transitioning to a new medication. Had tests run - never got the results despite calling to request them. Had an adverse reaction to the new medication and had to go to the ER, made Dr. Brennan aware and they never followed up with me. Incredibly poor service and care.

Today my fiance showed up to his appointment, which he had scheduled months ahead of time due to their unavailability. He had to take the day off from work, and lo and behold they had cancelled his doctor's appointment without notifying him. He has a multitude of bilateral embolisms, and has yet to receive pulmonary care since his ICU visit in March. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Now we're a days wage lighter and, most importantly, he still requires follow up care for his condition.
