When they showed up on schedule, they greased the door springs, changed the rollers on my doors, and adjusted the cable drums. My door has a stress crack, which they pointed out to me. We discussed the need to replace it soon, but they didn't try to sell me a new door today. The visit lasted roughly 80 minutes in total, and Devin charged the amount he had first provided as his quote.
