the staff here is amazing and so incredibly nice! the front office ladies are always welcoming with a smile and a quick new appointment when checking out!! the girl who does my teeth always gets a so sweet and she’s also very pretty! my sister goes here too and enjoys them very much!! they are very patient and hard working individuals. when you are in the waiting room, they are quick to come and get your appointment finished!! they are truly a positive environment!! i would recommend going here!!!

My daughter drove a hour to reading to get same day retainers because the hbg location closed, not realizing that the quality/ material would be so flimsy & cheaply made. She originally had good quality retainers before the hbg office went out of business. The office Manager Becky was rude unprofessional over the phone taking no accountability and even to my teen daughter at the office.
