I had been told by two orthodontists in Delaware that I was a candidate for Invisalign. After driving an hour to Exeter Orthodontics the woman at the front desk asked me to fill out paperwork that I had already completed online. I was taken into a small room where two other women were having their teeth examined. It was very strange and impersonal. I felt as though I was on a production line. Good for younger patients. Don't feel they are able to handle older patients with orthodontic needs. Called me back for second consultation after a month just to tell me they wouldn't put braces on me after telling me what they would do in first consultation. Waited a month to tell me this. Wouldn't recommend Exeter Orthodontics for older people with orthodontic needs. Seek a true professional. Saw Dr. Soraya Mills. In Pottstown office.
