I've gone to this spa a number of times now since they've opened. The service was good the first few times, but last time I went, the appointment was rushed and I felt I could have just saved time and money and just done it myself... A man was doing my nails-- the polish was applied too quickly; it took a long time to dry properly and they were not shaped evenly. Along with other things, all in all, I won't be returning.
I’ve been enjoying this spa until today. Today I went to purchase a gift certificate and pay with my debit. The lady told me if I pay with debit I will be charged tax. If I pay with cash I won’t be charged tax on it. I’m pretty sure you can’t do that. I’m sorry to say I’m disgusted and won’t be returning to this spa.
