Glenn and his crew are absolutely excellent. Skilled, courteous, and straightforward with the work they do. I'll never go anywhere else for my repair needs. Prices are great, too. They've gotten me out of plenty of jams.
I went to VIP in Stratham and was quoted double the MSRP for an alternator. I understand a markup on parts but double is crazy. I immediately called Exeter Motor Works who quoted me a price that was almost spot on to the MSRP. I was able to have my car done the very next day. I have a service contract and the process of them working with that and doing the repair was super easy. I was informed the whole way thru of any upfront costs and what exactly would be done.
