I always get very pleasant service at Exeter Clinic. One day I went in to pick up a requisition for a foot xray from Dr. Ramorassata ( my back was hurting so bad, like it does sometimes.), the receptionist told me she would get it from him, when she came back she said the doctor would like to see you (I had no appointment.) I guess she noticed how much pain I was in and told him. I was shocked that they care about their patients so much, that they go above, and beyond. Thank you Exeter Clinic.
I have been calling for almost two weeks. The best I got was please for 5 minutes then gave up. I’m trying to confirm the appt I booked on line. At least they answered the phones at Cariboo clinic
It's practically impossible to contact this office. A couple of days back I was in and had an adjustment done to one of my medications. That particular medication wasn't submitted to the pharmacy. Even the pharmacy wasn't able to contact them. I'm not impressed at all.
