Does anyone ever answer the phone here? I cannot get through to even be able to remove myself from a doctors patient list, to be able to move on from this clinic. Absolutely ridiculous.

For the last two years Dr Retief has been my family doctor , this man is definitely cut from the old school doctors on providing family and personal care far above what is delivered out there today ! I greatly appreciate it and privilege to have him as my doctor. Thank you for all your help Frank Testa
Waited an hour and some for my appointment (came in at 10:53, was supposed to be at 11AM, Dr Daab came at 12PM) and LITERALLY caught Dr. Daab using ChatGPT. Atleast use Google dude, come on. ChatGPT takes broad strokes and says enough to be very broadly correct. It pretty much guesses with any type of specifics. Coming back is not in my sights and it shouldn't be for anyone reading. The nurses and front desk are alright though.
