Terrible experience drain plug fell out after getting first oil change done on my brand new truck while driving down the rd . Had to get engine replaced it took a month to do so . Multiple other issues too much to list . Regret ever dealing here now stuck with a truck I don't really even care for . Do yourself a favor if you to buy chrysler go somewhere else . Only give 1 star because I had to unordered to post .
Great service, friendly staff. Recently got a '24 hornet from the lot after an unfortunate accident and I'm happy with the replacement. I still miss my original car but the new one and I will have some fun when summer rolls around.

This is the worst dealership of all time. I have owned 2 jeeps and a Scion. I had my vehicle serviced in Toronto, just outside the GTA and had my car serviced in Goderich but never have I been treated so poorly as I did at the Exeter Chrysler location. I'm going to start at the beginning when I purchased my Jeep. When I bought it brand new I also got alot of coverage. One of the coverages I thought I got was the interior warranty.
