I give this place 50 X infinity stars for their actions today in treating me. Amy (xray tech) and Kim (receptionist) were so amazing. I can not begin to express my gratitude. I had to get 3 X-rays today, one for my hip which has been hurting me for a couple weeks now. Felt like I broke it after being out and dancing to one song. But anyway, with my car in the shop I planned to take the bus to my appointment and of course I missed it, so I began walking. The phone listed here didn't seem to work so I had to make an appointment through the main Reading Tower Health number listed on the website. I got a next day X-ray appointment. Everything took 15 mins tops and I was out. Everyone was friendly.
Do NOT go there. Their billing dpt has noooo idea what they are doing and try to get money from you when you clearly don’t owe it. I work with insurances everyday for my job. Know my benefits very clearly. Met my deductible and they tried to call and collect it from me. I’m sitting here looking at the big fat zero left of it but they wouldn’t listen to me. Then they illegally refused to give me my Rx so I could go elsewhere. Every patient is legally allowed to get copies of their medical records!
Sitting here an hour after scheduled appointment, still not done. I guess only their time is valuable.
