I do not recommend doing business with Exeter Finance. I'd give them zero stars if I could. They were unprofessional, clueless and incompetent. I am review on behalf of the dealership I help run, and we were in the process of signing up with them to use them for financing. We set up with them in October, or we thought we did, and when we recently submitted an loan application, they had us mixed up with another dealer in another state, and we had to start the process all over again. Do not recommend Exeter finance ..! I financed a car with Exeter October 2021, ( today is February 2022 ), I been trying to make a payment online for a few days now and it wouldn’t go through, so I finally called today and they told me my act was closed! I told them that is not right and they told me my dealership closed the act. I called my dealership and they can’t close just close an act with Exeter ..
