I saw Sam when I came here. But also chatted to one of the managers. Nice guys up for a laugh and best of all upfront about everything, would highly recommend as there is no BS!
Bought my wife a Mercedes C class convertible, friendly professional care, not pushy at all, very good buying experience. However in the first couple of days, we had problems with the car. Sam and Pete went out of their way to get the problems sorted. This is why I would buy my next car from them again, it was the way they dealt with the problems, which can always pop up. Well done guys, and keep that customer service exceptionally high. 10 out of 10.
I cannot rate this dealership highly enough, my son bought his first car from here, it had a few issues crop up but that's expected. They fixed everything no quibble, they have made his first car buying experience a good one. We will definitely be back to buy another one day.
