From a sales perspective, great , very helpful. If you have any issues with your car, then expect to wait, be put on hold, make repeated calls, offered various excuses and wish that you’d never bought the car. Hopeless.
I was happy with the service at Hendy Car Store Exeter because they were not pushy, communicated well, left us time to think. Owen was knowledgeable & good at his job.
We saw the car advertised on the auto trader website and found the Hendy store in Exeter and spoke to Owen. He was very helpful, explained about the car and we arranged to view the vehicle. In the meantime, he sent us a video of the car, so we had a better idea of what we were looking at. We initially sent an email enquiry for a car we had viewed online. Within 15 minutes we had received a reply from Marc who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being ‘pushy’. We live a 4 hour drive from the showroom so asked for the personalised video to focus on any marks on the vehicle etc so we wouldn’t have a wasted journey.
