Trash. Asah and her husband both are terrible individuals. They borrow money from their clients during covid. Don’t receive the training for exchange of services for $5,000. Then sued them in court won the judgment. They still haven’t paid out the judgment. Her husband agreed to pay the judgment via email and still they didn’t. They both are trash individuals

Awesome company and great couple that are motivated to helping you achieve your goals! Meal plans, workout routines, waist trainers, exercise clothing! You name it they have it! I recently ordered a waist trainer and love it! 😍

Asah is the best! I've worked with her, and I've witnessed how she's transformed herself. She's an alpha type personality, but still very kind, a fantastic motivator, and a great trainer.
