Timothee was so helpful! She’s very knowledgeable and was understanding of my specific needs. I was having issues with my exercise bike and the owner personally resolved the problem. I went back for my treadmill and got great advice to inform my purchase. Overall, I’ve had great experiences here.

If you’re thinking of a company that will sell you and support. This is the place to buy equipment from. I purchased from exercise wharehouse a few years ago and E1 elliptical and ran into problem I had in bad decisions where to place my equipment. I was able to call and talk to timily if I spelled wrong apologies.who gave a suggestion years later to knowledgeable help to fix my problem and saved me from making costly mistake and over spending to correct it. Many thanks to Timilee for her support in helping me find the perfect home gym. She was very thorough and helpful throughout the whole process, and kept me informed every step of the way. The gentlemen on the install crew were punctual, professional, VERY fast, and respectful of my home. They didn’t leave a single bit of trash or cardboard. I don’t buy exercise equipment often, but next time I do, you’ll have a return customer.
