I’ve been going to Dave’s boot camp for many years. Started off from a very low base. What I like about Dave is he works to individuals abilities. I’ve never had an injury and think his functional format of exercise is suitable to all ages and fitness levels.
I’d always struggled to stick with gyms or a consistent exercise routine but I’ve been training with Dave since 2018! Fun, enjoyable and fits in well with work and family commitments. Highly recommend!!
I have been attending Exercise Unlocked training sessions in Ashgrove with Dave for the past 5 years and they are the perfect fitness solution! Great location, convenient times and most importantly as Dave is an experienced Exercise Physiologist he has a great depth of knowledge and understanding of how the body works. I highly recommend Exercise Unlocked training sessions if you are looking for a long term fitness solution!
Kenmore Bootcamp is in a peaceful setting where the kookaburras greet you with their laughter and you can see the myriad of colours in the sunrise. The atmosphere is friendly and professional. Dave chats with his clients throughout the session and he is great to have a laugh with. He offers alternatives for all levels of fitness and will help you in any way he can. Give it a go you will love it.
I love being able to exercise outside not in a gym and Dave looks after us really well. He keeps it to the right level for each of us and has lots of good advice. It’s a great group of people too. Highly recommended!
