I came to see Charlie a couple of months ago regarding my stomach hernia.I was experiencing consistent , annoying pain and looking to see if it could be reduced and keep surgery as a last resort. Charlie suggested 3 exercises with controlled breathing, performing twice a day. His sessions are very helpful as he explains , demonstrates, checks on my performance , offers YouTube video as a reference and follows up with an email of session debrief.
