Last year I was in osteopenia, my new dexa scan shows my spine is well above average now in bone density and my total hip is normal. I owe it all to Exercise Science and their staff and Mr. Verdisco, President. The staff has been with me every step of the way helping me with my form and encouraging me to push harder. Been working out 3 days a week with this team and just played in Lake Placid Lacrosse Tourney and we won our age division Championship. I felt strong, fast and most importantly with 6 games in 3 days, I recovered really well after each play and game. Thanks to Exercise Science. Appreciate you helping us win the cup!!!

The only place on Long Island NY to recover from bodily injuries, heart failure, and loss of bone density. James and his team have a vast pool of information and healing practices. In two years I am able to walk straight, have a high energy throughout the day and able to bend, walk, bicycle and lift weights. I sold my house December 2024 and the first priority was finding a new home a short drive from Exercise Science in Selden NY. Luckily, I found a new home 15 minutes away. Highly recommended.

To anyone with any medical conditions that make regular physical activity a challenge, I recommend Exercise Science, Inc., their staff, and Mr. Verdisco highly and without reservation, should you need to improve your physical conditioning. I am in my late 50s, have herniated discs both in my cervical and lumbar spine, and diplegic cerebral palsy. I have been using Excercise Science now for a few years. The therapy sessions are always productive and enjoyable, thanks to their trained staff. The individual attention received during each session ensured that the treatment was tailored to specific needs and progress. Significant physical improvement in my lower back and I have not had a major issue in the last few years.
