I went for a fitness exam and received a detailed report with comparisons to the large body of data from past tests of other clients over the years. Blake is highly knowledgeable and worth listening to when he talks about fitness.
Blake is by far the most knowledgeable person I’ve met. What makes him so great is his compassion for people and for helping. I’ve had such a great experience with Blake and recommend if you’re needing help he’s the one to do it. A+
