I bought a nice exercise bike from Exercise and Leisure several years ago. The transaction went smoothly and my bike has worked well until recently. Unfortunately, it was out of warranty, so I called Exercise and Leisure to get it repaired. Jay Myers, their Service Coordinator was ultra quick to respond. Randy and the Exercise & Leisure team have been amazing to work with for the past three years. He’s stuck with me through some pretty big ideas for my properties and has never missed a beat. If a machine goes down, Randy is usually here within a day, sometimes in person, making sure everything is handled quickly and correctly. I had the pleasure of working with Mike P. He was not pushy nor did ever apply pressure to make a sale. He really took the time to listen. He worked with me for several weeks to determine which piece of equipment would work best for our family at the best price possible. I will definitely refer Mike and Exercise and Leisure every time. Salesman was very knowledgeable about the equipment. Delivery guys were fantastic. If, your looking for good, reliable excercise equipment, this is the place to go.
