Professional, engaging, caring and evidenced based programs. I have had a great experience with Anthony Assadourian, Clinical Exercise Physiologist (EHA Alderley) and highly recommend. I’ve accumulated a number of injuries over the years from my time in the army - lower back, knee and ankle. I can say after the first 8 weeks I’m feeling stronger and have less pain. These guys know their stuff.
