Lost without Jack.
EHA has been a very important part of my rehabilitation from injuries and recovery from surgery. I highly recommend them. All the staff I have worked with there including EPs Amy and Georgia have been incredible. It's always a pleasant experience to get into the gym space there, which has all the equipment you could wish for and a lovely, welcoming atmosphere.
Exercise Healthcare Australia were just the pickup I needed to get my exercise regime re-started. Mel is so very warm and encouraging and supportive. Well done EHA!
