Very professional company. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of Tom, who took all the time necessary to take a complete history. He then put me through a series of exercises to determine my level of fitness. All the staff were polite and friendly. Parking was easy, too. Highly recommended
Expert exercise physio in an amazing dedicated facility. Amy always makes me feel great and pushes me just enough out of my comfort zone to ensure I make progress without pushing so far that I'm uncomfortable. Highly recommend.
