I would recommend Exercise for Life to anyone who wants to build their fitness but does not know where to start and also wants to avoid ‘beautiful young things’ gyms. The team at EFL will take your on a journey of self-improvement in a caring and knowledgeable way. They are always present to guide or advise you as trained professionals. I'm extremely pleased with the treatment I have received over the years that I have been coming here. Without the care I have received I would not be as healthy as I am.
I have been coming here for many years, the staff are great, I do the circuit which is always interesting and challenging, parking is easy … always good keep it up
A nice atmosphere here. Helpful and friendly staff. No ‘competition’ on the floor, no grunting gym bros. I would add a flat bench on the floor and 2 more 5kg plates
