Professional and helpful guys, contacted them to fix my exercise equipment. It's working smooth now! I definitely recommend!
Have called and called and called and cannot reach a human being - money for service agreement lost - go elsewhere; tried every option in their phone system. Even called owner line directly (found on Manta) - went to voicemail.
If I could give this company zero stars I would - never return calls or emails. DO NOT USE THEM.
Small company is VERY unprofessional and unhelpful. They charged $120 to diagnose the problem with my exercise bike, previously promising they have a large US network of parts distributors to draw on. After many calls, emails and a visit to their residential office, they still have not responded with providing parts or advising sourcing options where I can get them. STAY AWAY!!!
