We received the wrong information from the doctors. He prescribed ear drops that we found out later were ineffective and my daughter needed traditional anti biotics. He also missed her strep throat infection
I was prescribed a medication that is harmful to my kidneys although I mentioned that I have CKD and was told that I can take it. Moreover this medication does not treat the symptoms I had.
I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and it’s one of the best urgent care clinics I’ve ever been to. It’s the only one I go to now and it’s the only one I will go to. I’ve received excellent care every single time I’ve come from a variety of stuff that I’ve visited the clinic for from respiratory affections to pneumonia bronchitis bug bites, cellulitis after a weird accident. And they’ve always taken excellent care of me
