I have been a customer for years. An oversight on my part triggered a disconnection. The company didn't even have the common courtesy to pick up the phone, text or email me a heads up. There are no past issues in my payment history. To make it worse, I am on hold right now, and have been for 20 minutes waiting for a supervisor because I could no longer take talking to the rude customer service person who barely speaks english.
