Absolutely disgusting. Terrible that they even call themselves a company. I’ve been on hold for three hours and have no electricity, even tho I started service a week prior to moving in. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.
ComEd is the most worst company I have EVER dealt with. Hey Exelon , sitting on your piles of money. Hire non-rude people that are trying to pay the bill. You just don't get it do you? 2 hour wait on the phone. Sick.
Would not recommend working with the company their Senior Support Engineer out of Orlando Danny Rosario is extremely rude. Terrible company to work with.
