I tried to move service using the app, it said to call. I called. It said “we can’t take calls due to technical difficulties”. I then emailed online and they said to call, but again when you call, no one answers the phone. I can’t move in to my new place because Comed is unprofessional and doesn’t work as a company. I left a review with the BBB and will be filing a complaint with them as well.

Safe, friendly and very welcoming.
As an electrician working with my customers as well as ComEd customers, they make it so difficult and inefficient. When one of my customers needs upgrades to their home or business, they now can not schedule the work. They call you randomly when they get around to it and say they will be there tomorrow. This causes me to cancel or postpone a job with another customer that was scheduled a month in advance. Totally unacceptable!
