I can not say enough about Ryder Last Mile team and customer service staff, they went above and beyond when 1-Stop-Bedrooms failed me 4 times. They have a great support staff, awesome white glove installer and finally got me the right parts that 1-Stop-Bedrooms failed to do. The only reason I have a fully functional bedroom set is due to Ryder Last Mile. Awesome job, awesome folks, awesome teamwork.
This company is the most unprofessional poorly managed corporations I have ever encountered. The product that was ordered has been sitting on the loading dock of the Ryder Last Mile facility in Tampa, FL since November 2021. I had a delivery and installation of a Mirror product originally scheduled for 12/14/2021 and the company failed to deliver the product. This company cancelled my furniture order due to not having available staff. When I rescheduled the order, the delivery was cancelled again because Ryder "lost" the furniture. After another week, Ryder still could not find the furniture. After following up again, Ryder never called back with a status. When I called AGAIN, the manager stated that, "we can look for it again if you want." Unacceptable.
DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY ****If I could rate negative stars I would, this company was supposed to be delivering our bed , first they called and canceled the scheduled delivery for that day, then rescheduled and never communicated when that they had rescheduled so I called to find out when it would be arriving and they told me if I couldn’t do the day they had planned it would be today, Tuesday.
